Making a major finance app more approachable and accessible.
At Vanguard, I was one of the most senior members of the Mobile UX Design team for over three years. I helped create and refine major areas of the app, working directly with product and strategy teams to deliver consistent improvements to features used by hundreds of thousands of people every day. I also provided design leadership across the broader Mobile UX team, helping designers stay current with Apple and Google's latest UX guidelines and standards.
